Step 1: REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
• Download Public Event Hosting Registration Form
• Fill out a Registration Form for the Public Event Host
• Fill out one Registration Form per student
• The cost is $75 per student
• One form of payment per group of students is preferred

Step 2: RECEIVE TEST
• Tests will be mailed to company hosting the Public Event
Step 3: WATCH VIDEO & REVIEW DISCUSSION POINTS
• Watch Video (HD DVD Format)
• Download Discussion Points
• Between each chapter, take time to review and discuss topics and techniques
Step 4: TAKE TEST
• Each individual is required to take their own test
• No sharing or discussing answers during the test taking time
Step 6: SUBMIT TEST
• Fax, Email or Mail completed test(s) to: PAVE TECH Attention SASP

Step 7: RECEIVE CERTIFICATION
• 80% is required to pass the test
• Passing Student’s certificates will be sent to the address on the Registration Form
• Students that did not pass will be sent an email with instructions on how to re-take the test.
