The school does not provide technical support for viewing the cameras. If you are having difficulty in seeing the cameras you need to contact your computer support people.
Cameras may be off during non-class hours.
Please check course Calendar for course schedule.
If you are unable to view the cameras during scheduled classes you may need an update of the Java Engine software: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Select either of the first 2 choices and restart your computer after it has loaded successfully.
Other problems may exist if you have your internet browser security set too high or your Firewall is set to block this type of transmission. PC's on LAN's (local area networks) may have additional issues that need to be addressed by your IT department.
You may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if everything else has failed but please give us enough time to check the issue from our end before we can respond.
