Kevin Roessger comes to the School of Advanced Segmental Paving as its new Instructor. With him he brings over ten years experience in the construction/remodeling field, as well as experience in adult learning and instruction methodology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and operated his own Tile and Stone Installation company based in the Milwaukee area since 2002. All of Kevin’s previous employees entered the industry with little to no experience and were trained by Kevin personally. Many have since gone on to successful careers in the industry. Kevin’s teaching philosophy centers around a “hands on” approach of learning that emphasizes breaking down large tasks into smaller more easily learned techniques. In this manner, he believes, a complex task can be mastered with increased efficiency and retention. “When an individual can find success at any level,” Kevin adds, “motivation for continued success tends to follow.” |
